Think about how a user (me or anyone else using your site) might function and interact with your site. What are some important functional features to make your website easy to work with? How can you make it easier for the user and not frustrating? Explain why this is so important.
Have everything that they need right out in the open, because going to search for something out on a website can get really annoying. Keeping everything together lets the website be more organized and has the benefit of letting the user navigate the bars better. Keeping the user entertained about the website will want them to stay longer and also want them to keep coming back to the website to see if it was updated with newer content.
